What's up

Well I have a blog about my life already, but because Triathlons and running are such a focused part of my life I thought it might be beneficial to document my training, what I learn, and how I develop as an athlete.  I love reading blogs and I just feel like so many people can benefit from the experience of others.  We'll see how this works and see how long I keep it up, ha ha ha!
